Meet The Founder
Hello and welcome to Cole’s Couches! My name is Cole Johannsen and I sell discounted furniture in the Twin Cities area. In August of 2022, I started a small furniture restoration side hustle while also pursuing a bachelor’s degree at the University of Minnesota. As time went on, this side hustle grew into Cole’s Couches: my own independently operated business. I do everything from unloading new deliveries, staging and posting listings, as well as delivering furniture to customer’s homes. I take pride in my work and my goal is to give every customer the best experience possible.

I deliver for free within a 20-mile radius of my warehouse in St. Paul. This radius covers almost all of the metro area and its surrounding suburbs. However, I can deliver past that for an additional cost depending on your location.

Of course! We can schedule an appointment so you can see the furniture in person before purchasing it.

Each item is different. An item will be tagged as “new”, “like new”, or have neither of these tags and will just be the name of the item. “New” items are brand new, unused, and sometimes still in the box. “Like new” items were either on display in-store or overstock. Items with neither of these tags are customer returns that are visibly used.
